(Review taken from Derry's Facebook Post) Tonight we had the Wonderful Winter Wilson grace our wonderful Woodman stage. Oh wow, what a show they put on! Kip and Dave are one of the hardest working duos I know. They get gigs all over the world and the reason is simple; They’re incredible singers, incredible players, incredible songwriters and incredibly entertaining! They present such a professional, well-produced sound, but back it up with some hilarious on-stage banter. Nice one Kip & Dave! Who could hold a candle to Winter Wilson? Well, our much-revered Woodmanite Rob Hill, that’s who. Rob provided us with a brilliantly varied and hugely entertaining set. We are truly blessed to have such skilful home-grown talent at the Woodman and Rob Hill is a fine example. Simply splendid! MC Bryn, AKA Bryn Phillips, guided us skilfully through the timings and the rhymings, calling upon years of enthusiastic MC’ing to keep us all under control! Mr Gary and Mr John B, did a grand job of capturing all things AV. The Techy-up and Techy-down teams were right on the ball as ever. Last, but definitely not least, the marvellous Ashwood Marina staff worked fantastically hard to keep us all fed and watered. They treat us like family and we love them for it. Enjoy Yourself!
