Hi Folks,

Letís hope for better weather than last month.

To bring a ray of sunshine weíve got the legendary Bushbury Mountain Daredevils on 1st of February. It will be a cracking mix of American acoustic and harmony singing. Expect some exciting, rhythmic music and humorous banter.

Returning on 8th February, itís Maggie Boyle, Lynda Hardcastle and Helen Hockenhull, known to us all as Grace Notes now in their sixteenth year, they perform a cappella and accompanied traditional and contemporary songs in three-part harmony making them one of the folk scene's best loved female groups.

The following week on the 15th we have a Singersí Night. Come along and strut your stuff! Or just come along and enjoy the music.

Finally on 22nd Tim Judson is here to entertain us. Tim, passionate folk singer/songwriter that he is, performs his music with a confidence and maturity that belie his years. With personal experience in Uganda and Israel/Palestine he has some interesting songs and stories to relate.

Keep singing,

Pete
