Hi Folks,

I hope you had a good Christmas, full of fun and frivolity and perhaps some wine and Christmas fayre! For those of you who missed the pantomime you can now see it on YouTube. Just follow the links on the Woodman Web Site

The year kicks off on 6 January with a Singers’ Night. This is to ease you in gently and lift those post Christmas Blues.

To further assist with this we’ve got Will Morgan on the 13 January. This promises to be an evening full of laughter and merriment, with songs by Jake Thackray and others delivered with Will’s usual ebullience and infectious humour.

Then on 20 January there is another Singers’ Night. An evening’s entertainment for £1.00; surely a bargain!

Finally in January, on the 27th, we’ve got our old favourites The John Richard’s Band. His music is not to be missed. With bands such as Fairport Convention, Show of Hands, Damien Barber, Bill Caddick, Paul Downes performing his songs you know you are in the hands of a highly skilled songsmith.

Your trailer for February is Ruth Fuga and Ken Powell previously two thirds of Risky Business.

Wishing you a Happy New Year

Pete
